Quality Assurance Manager

We’re Looking For A(n): Quality Assurance Manager

Location: Chatsworth, CA

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Coaches QA warehouse team to ensure excellent adherence to Quality Management System and
  support of continuous improvement initiatives
• Conducts documented CAPA investigations, implements corrective actions, and monitors effectiveness
  of all corrective/preventative actions
• Evaluates opportunities for improvement in the local Quality Management System and executes
  effective procedural compliance accordingly
• Evaluates product quality and supplier performance and disseminates supplier performance to Product
  Development and Supply Chain teams
• Conducts internal audits and addresses any deficiencies found during internal or external audits
• Oversees Quality inspection of incoming products
• Manages all third party product testing requests
• Assists in documented investigations of customer product complaints

• Excellent coaching capabilities that result in ability to delegate additional and advanced Quality duties to
  direct reports
• Thoughtful and intelligent investigative skills that result in determination of true root causes and
  corrective actions
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and timelines while maintaining informed and timely
  interdepartmental communication

$90,200.00-$120,300.00, Annual & monthly bonuses, depending on experience.
