Position Scope

SES is seeking a talented QA(Quality Assurance), Senior Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate is committed and dedicated, responsible, focused, detail‐oriented, able to adjust in a fast‐ paced working environment, collaborate well with other staff members with a shared vision and demonstrate excellent organizational communication skills. This position will be based in our Chungju, South Korea location.

Responsibilities

• Set‐up a quality operation plan (including management of raw material companies)
• Establishment and revision of new product quality assurance standards (A and B samples)
• Establishing shipping quality objectives and reviewing VOC list
• Manage Quality Certification process
• Staff management and KPI evaluation

Qualifications

• More than 4years of experience in the relevant industry
• Above Master’s degree in related majors
