Quality Assurance Specialist

We are one of the key players in the Nordic region insurance field. Our IT unit takes care of insurance systems across the Baltics and Scandinavian countries. We are working with a broad scope of various in-house projects to keep our primary business growing. Furthermore, we consider ourselves Cloud citizens as our daily work revolves on top of cloud-based solutions.

We keep constantly growing. That's why we are looking for an addition to our team.

What are you going to do?

• Ensure the necessary quality level for software deliveries;
• Identify test scope for the system(s);
• Provide estimates of test efforts needed;
• Perform test planning for each iteration; 
• Perform test design in a sufficient amount and maintain it;
• Be in tight and active communication with business users; to perform requirements analysis and testing; Own test process in the area, control test scope, and test deliverables; 
• Participate in building-up test automation scope and suggest on changes.

What do we expect from you?

Must have

• 4+ years experience within software testing;
• Experience of desktop, web and api testing;
• Understanding of QA methodologies;
• Experience of working according to Agile principles;
• Good technical competence – SQL selects, webservice testing, 
• Very good English and excellent communication skills; 
• Are self – organized and good team player.

Nice to have / We can also help you to develop

• Knowledge of ADO, TeamCity, Visual studio;
• Create tests in Gherkin syntaxis;
• Ability to read and understand C#;
• Knowledge of insurance domain.
• ISTQB certification
