Quality Assurance Specialist

The Quality Assurance Specialist keeps all audit forms up to date and works with the Conversion Program Manager on processes, best practices, frequent findings, troubleshooting, and documentation. They will also complete trial data audits weekly and final data audits. A few hours are required most Saturdays. Time of Saturday work may depend on your time zone.

This is a part-time role working about 10-20 hours a week. This role is hybrid working out of our Newport Beach, CA, Phoenix, AZ, Atlanta, GA or Akron, OH offices. 

JOB DUTIES 

• Verify new system is fully functional and client is able to conduct business upon conversion completion
• Audit client trial and final data conversions.
• Organize and house necessary documentation needed to complete audits.
• Provide knowledgeable input on conversion processes.
• Work with various teams to provide the best internal and client experiences.
• Help identify ways to improve conversion process and quality of data.
• Join various department calls and maintain relationships with implementation and conversion teams.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• 0-2 years of relevant experience in a quality assurance role and/or experience in a dental software management industry.
• Understanding of conversion process and quality assurance audit procedures.
• Passion for details and consistency
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
• Excellent time management skills that allow you to handle simultaneous projects
• Ability to engage throughout the department and the company to achieve goals
• Flexibility and adaptability.
• Experience with Excel, Outlook, Teams, and Zoom Preferred.
• Saturday availability.
