About the Role:

This role requires the ability to work with departments outside of QA and production, which may include outside customers and vendors as well as corporate employees. The ability to attend and facilitate meetings as needed and be responsible for providing group training sessions throughout the company is required.

• Prepare and clean up after daily sensory review sessions
• Prepare sensory reports and COAs for finished or WIP goods
• Use SAP, MES and PowerBI to prepare and address issues from sensory review
• Be able to perform sensory continuing education and development
• Prepare and sensory screen employees and scoring
• Assist in hold investigations
• Manage Quality Assurance product control library
• Maintain and order from inventory list for sensory program
• Support QA Supervisor as needed
• Support with Customer Complaint investigations

Important Details: This is a full-time permanent role on 1st shift, which operates from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm Monday through Friday with some Saturdays.

About You:

You’ll fit right in if you have:

• Two-year Associate’s Degree in Laboratory Science or associated program or equal experience of at least 24 months in the Quality Assurance Department, and/or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide numbers, including decimals and fractions
