POSITION SUMMARY:

Steward Customer Return Process and communicate Quality Improvements and Incidents.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Steward, monitor and process internal, domestic and global customer complaints
• Maintain Master Approval Spreadsheet
• Evaluate and Validate Suppliers Certificate of Analysis
• Issue Customer Certificates of Analysis
• Maintain Quality Boards
• Performs other assigned duties as required
• Work/respond to customer complaints
• Deal with Clams and lots of Data Entry

EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE:

• Associates Degree in Technology
• 7 Years of Quality Control
• 5 Years of Manufacturing
• Customer Complaints 

• Strong interpersonal and communications skills
• Organizational and time management skills
• Attention to detail – proven record of accuracy
• Proficient with SAP, Microsoft Office, and Outlook

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

• Must be able to lift 50 pounds
• Exposure to noise and non-temperature controlled environment at times
• Working with household cleaning solutions & equipment
