Quality Control Engineer

As a Quality Control Engineer at Müller's Solutions, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards before they reach our clients. You will be responsible for implementing and managing quality control processes, conducting inspections, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance product quality throughout the production lifecycle.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures to monitor and assess product quality.
• Conduct inspections and tests on incoming materials, in-process products, and finished goods against established quality standards.
• Identify defects and non-conformities in products and work with production teams to remedy issues.
• Maintain accurate records of inspections, test results, and quality reports.
• Analyze quality data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and potential risks.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to implement corrective and preventive actions as needed.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
• Conduct training programs for staff on quality control processes and techniques.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Quality Control Engineer or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of quality control processes, methodologies, and tools.
• Experience with statistical process control (SPC) and quality management systems (QMS).
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to quality improvement.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulatory requirements is a plus.
• Familiarity with software testing methodologies
• (manual and automated).
• Hands-on experience with tools like Selenium, JIRA,
• or Postman.
• Knowledge of scripting languages for automation (e.g.,
• Python, JavaScript).
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work in Agile development environments.

Qualifications:

• Must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in both manual and automated testing is required.
• Demonstrated proficiency in testing tools such as Selenium, JIRA, Postman, or Katalon.
• Experience with test automation scripting languages like Python, JavaScript, or Java is preferred.
• Knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies is essential.
