Job Description
This exciting management role based in our Chicago office will be responsible for leading and overseeing Comperemedia operations and QA (both Direct and Omni). This role will also be integral to key initiatives within operations including the continual expansion of Comperemedia Omni and the integrity of data housed within our Compere systems.
This role will be required to report to our US headquarters office in Chicago, working a hybrid schedule with the preference of one day onsite per week. We require the individual to have eligible working rights in the United States. Interviews and onboarding are currently being conducted virtually.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Overseeing operations across multiple product lines
- Coordinating with outsourced vendor for methodology and quality updates/feedback
- Leading permanent recruitment for new members on the team
- Analyzing performance metrics against strategic goals and priorities
- Conducting meetings for team updates
- Leading team member with your ability to motivate, develop, and provide a clear and aligned future vision
- Collaborating with skilled internal (IT, QA, supply chain, etc.) and external stakeholders to drive efficiencies and deliver to market high quality products
- Reporting on volume and productivity
- Creating training documentations and conduct trainings for US and India teams
- Managing queues to ensure productivity is acceptable to current standards
- Ensuring goals are being met/exceeded and/or adjusted as needed
- Working closely with the temp agency to recruit as/when needed
- Providing relevant feedback on the system and methodology
- Conducting performance reviews
- Accurately tracking and monitoring teams time through UltiPro tracking system
