Your Role - Magic happens when you bring great people together!

1. Proactively carrying out site audits before/during/after mission.
2. Address quality issues to concerned owners and assigning CRs through BFS and follow up closure.
3. Provide technical support to customers and FSRs.
4. Implement Customer's training for the MV products in Badr plant.
5. Issue Lesson Learnt Cards and sharing them within services team.
6. Check hand tools & testing equipment quarterly for upgrading / calibration purpose.
7. Support in troubleshooting site / repair issues.
8. Create and update processes, testing procedure SAT, checklists & test sheets for all SE product ranges.
9. Create incident investigation report and collecting all evidence - CID L2 Expert.
