Quality Control Team Lead

Shift: M-F 12pm - 9pm

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Flexibility, able to adapt well to changes in process and procedure and ability to work well in a team and adapt communication and training style to individual staff needs
• Analyzes data and information for quality, consistency, and accuracy and troubleshoots when necessary, performs sample and reagent preparations, carefully and accurately, for analytical and functional assays
• Leads and supports an efficient and continual learning environment, executes and oversees multiple processes simultaneously to ensure efficiency in sample handling

The essential requirements of the job include:

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Prior experience with statistical analysis preferred.
• Experience with Analytical instrumentation preferred.

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
