Job Overview
As a leading educational institution committed to excellence, iSchool is seeking a diligent and experienced Quality Coordinator :to join our team. The Quality Coordinator will play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest standards of quality across our educational processes and materials. This position is exclusively open to iSchool instructors who are passionate about enhancing the quality of education and are dedicated to contributing to our mission.
Responsibilities:
Quality Process Evaluation: Assess and evaluate existing quality processes within iSchool, including curriculum development, teaching methodologies, assessment strategies, and student engagement initiatives.
Quality Process Development: Collaborate with department heads and instructional designers to identify areas for improvement in quality processes. Develop and implement strategies to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of quality assurance procedures.
Training and Guidance: Provide training and guidance to iSchool instructors on quality standards, best practices, and compliance requirements. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and quality consciousness among faculty members.
Quality Assurance Monitoring: Establish monitoring mechanisms to track the implementation of quality standards and compliance with established processes. Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure adherence to quality guidelines.
Data Analysis: Analyze data and feedback collected through quality evaluations, surveys, and assessments to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement. Generate reports and recommendations for management review and decision-making.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including curriculum development, academic affairs, technology, and student services, to integrate quality considerations into all aspects of iSchool's operations.
Management Member: Serve as a valued member of the iSchool management team, providing insights, recommendations, and strategic direction related to quality assurance and improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
- a minimum of 2 years of teaching experience.
- In-depth understanding of educational quality assurance principles and practices.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Proven ability to lead initiatives, drive change, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to upholding high standards of excellence.
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
