We are currently seeking a highly talented and motivated Quality Engineer to join our Quality team within our plant in Tangier.

Your Role

As a Quality Engineer, you will direct and supervise all product quality control and manufacturing process activities performed by the audit team and issue audit action plans to improve established quality ratios and achieve expected quality as well as these of these various accountabilities:

• Ensure the management and the processing of customer complaints in collaboration with other departments.
• Analyze the customer's product quality requirements.
• Inform the engineers of the Engineering Department of any anomalies and decide on corrective actions in collaboration with them.
• Participate in feasibility studies in collaboration with the Engineering and Production departments.
• Develop audit and control plans and ensure their implementation.
• Ensure the control and the update of documentation.

Your Background

• Engineering degree or master's degree in quality or equivalent.
• Advanced English is mandatory
• Knowledge of quality standards
• Problem solving with : 5 Steps, 8Ds, fishbone.
• Strong interpersonal skills, problem-solving and analytical skills are required
• Availability, proactivity and sense of responsibility
