Job Description:
The purpose of this Arrow's Enterprise Quality role is to ensure certification and regulatory compliance by:

• Responsible for ensuring successful, compliant, and standardized Quality Management System (QMS) deployment across multiple Arrow business units
• Responsible for educating Process Owners on the QMS software
• Responsible for troubleshooting and solving QMS software questions
• Support required QMS system validation
• Support QMS system development including new development, onboarding, technical debt, user acceptance testing, system documentation and training.
• Support QMS process improvements

The role will also be responsible for managing documentation governance including but not limited to facilitating the creation of documented processes, document management training, and document control. This is a dynamic global cross-functional role requiring knowledge, skills, and abilities such as familiarity with quality management software (ETQ), quality processes, project management, requirements gathering, agile methodologies, and problem-solving.
What You'll Be Doing:

• Onboard Arrow business units to quality management system software processes.
• Guide Arrow business units through the project management lifecycle.
• Support and maintain Quality Management Systems documentation including the administration of system keyword lists and groups.
• Ensure work activity complies with industry standards that may include but is not limited to ISO 9001, AS 9100, AS 9120, ISO 13485, ISO 14001, ISO 27001, ESD S20.20, TS 16949, TAPA, etc.
• Facilitate document control workflow for multiple facilities including working with process owners to create and change the quality and work instructions that conform to quality regulatory standards
• Identify gaps in documentation and work with internal stakeholders to remedy
• Ensure internal process documentation is correct and in compliance with requirements
• Assist in analyzing, researching, and documenting new and existing quality operations processes as well as systemic needs to support business processes
• Creation of basic design specifications including both form and workflow documentation, ensuring business requirements are met
• Develop and deliver training on processes in person and on the phone to implement existing QMS modules in other business units and regions.
• Research, test, and troubleshoot issues related to Quality Management System processes as well as answer questions from users
• Administer and assist with the development and implementation of Quality Management System related processes
• Performs other related duties as assigned

What We Are Looking For

• 4-year business or computer science degree and 4-6 years of related experience preferred
• Experience with Lean Six Sigma and Agile Methodologies.
• Familiarity with ISO certifications: ISO 9001, AS 9100, AS 9120, ISO 13485, ISO 14001, ISO 27001
• Track record of successful project and/or system management.
• Familiarity with Document Control processes and methodologies.

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:
$62,200.00 - $82,500.00
Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.

Remote work employees may be required to be present at the closest designated Arrow office for work-related purposes, at the Company's request and sole discretion.
