This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Quality Engineer to contribute to the development of high-performance software solutions within a fast-paced and innovation-driven environment. In this role, you will help ensure the quality, reliability, and scalability of modern applications by designing and maintaining robust automation frameworks. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including developers, product managers, and stakeholders to deliver seamless user experiences and continuous product improvements. Accountabilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable and reliable automation testing frameworks.
- Ensure the quality and stability of software products through comprehensive automated testing strategies.
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and validate software functionality.
- Identify testing gaps, propose automation improvements, and contribute to process optimization initiatives.
- Work within Agile development teams to support sprint goals, delivery timelines, and quality metrics.
- Contribute to technical documentation, code demonstrations, and clear communication of testing outcomes.
- Support innovation in testing methodologies, tools, and automation technologies.
- Participate in troubleshooting, debugging, and root cause analysis for software defects and performance issues.
- Mentor or guide junior team members when needed and contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 3–5 years of experience in software automation development and quality engineering.
- Strong experience designing and developing automation frameworks independently.
- Hands-on experience working in Agile development environments.
- Proficiency with Playwright and strong working knowledge of TypeScript.
- Experience working with microservices architectures, Kubernetes, and Docker.
- Familiarity with relational databases, preferably PostgreSQL.
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines, Azure DevOps, and Git version control systems.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and work effectively in collaborative remote teams.
- Experience in domains such as e-commerce, logistics, supply chain, or warehouse management is a plus.
