• Develop and lead the Quality Assurance strategy for capital markets applications, aligning with business goals.
• Design and implement robust test automation frameworks for functional, performance, regression, and integration testing.
• Integrate QA automation seamlessly within the CI/CD pipeline to enhance speed and reliability.
• Collaborate with Development, DevOps, and Business Teams to ensure the seamless delivery of integrated trading platforms, risk systems, and financial applications.
• Leverage your expertise in trading, risk management, and financial instruments to design effective and realistic test scenarios.
• Drive adoption of QA best practices, standards, and tools across cross-functional teams.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and risk management policies through effective testing processes.
• Act as a key liaison between QA, business stakeholders, and technical teams to ensure clear understanding of testing requirements and on-time delivery.
• Analyze, track, and report on QA progress, risks, and issues to senior leadership.

About the Role
As a QE Architect, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of our mission-critical applications. You will define, implement, and lead QA strategies while leveraging modern automation tools and methodologies. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to a high-visibility initiative impacting derivatives, foreign exchange, equities, fixed income, loans, and investment banking systems.

• Proven experience in Quality Assurance leadership with a focus on automation frameworks and modern testing tools.
• Strong understanding of Capital Markets processes, including derivatives, trading systems, and risk platforms.
• Expertise in testing methodologies: functional, performance, regression, and integration.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab, Azure Pipelines).
• Proficiency in scripting or programming languages to support test automation (Python, Java, etc.).
• Solid knowledge of regulatory requirements in the financial services industry.
• Ability to drive QA initiatives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Strong analytical skills and an eye for detail.
