We are seeking a Quality Engineering Manager to join our team.
Job SummaryWe are seeking a Manager, Quality Engineering to join our team with a focus on leading a team of 3 - 6 manual and automation test engineers. This position is a hybrid opportunity and can be located near our corporate offices in Austin (TX), and St. Petersburg (FL).
Duties and Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the QE plan for the product in AWS
• Drive stable automated deployment and execution of automated tests.
• Recruit and retain top talent
• Work closely with Software Delivery Managers to ensure that program schedules are complete and committed to by the team.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline.
• In-depth experience with the full product development lifecycle
• Demonstrated ability to hire, mentor, and motivate top engineering talent
• 2+ years of leading a team.
• 5+ years of manual and test automation and/or performance testing.
• Experience automating cloud-based products.
• Solid understanding of testing tools, techniques, and methodologies
• Experience working in an agile Scrum product development organization
• Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with an ability to effectively interact with both internal teams and external customers and partners
• Experience with Windows, Citrix and desktop virtualization technologies is a plus

This position offers a salary range of $108,000.00 to $168,000.00 (inclusive of variable compensation such as bonuses and incentives). In addition, more information about Imprivata's benefit offerings can be found here . This salary range represents the high and low end of Imprivata's salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors, such as a candidate's location, skills, experience, and qualifications.
