Quality Improvement Manager

Daniels Health is on the search for natural leader with a passion for continuous improvement and operational efficiency, which is why we've opened the doors for a Quality Improvement Manager to join our national support team. This role will encompass a national focus on facilitating cost savings and continuous business improvement, especially in systems and processes relating to service excellence, productivity, quality, safety and environmental compliance.

What you will do

• Analyze processes including partnering with key business stakeholders to identify opportunities, present ideas, make recommendations, and implement changes to further business goals
• Management of specific projects as directed by Senior Leadership
• Coordinate internal communication forums for field-based and office-based employees
• Contribute to operational efficiencies in order to reduce cost
• Liaison between local plant team and support office personnel
• Post-acquisition implementation and training of Daniels Health procedures
• Implement, train, manage and enforce health and safety systems, policies and procedures
• Producing regular reporting to key internal stakeholders

Candidate Profile

• 5 years of experience in a leadership position
• Experience in Manufacturing, Waste management or Service industries is preferred but not required
• Proven success in root-cause analysis, continuous improvement and change management
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to meet deadlines and targets
• Excellent project management skills
• Flexible and adaptive approach to change
• Team player who can build partnerships in cross functional teams
• Experience creating SOP’s and training materials
