Quality Management Customer Engineer
Job Description
Your responsibilities:
- You will be responsible for the customer side problems related to cable accessories and SA.
- You will timely respond to the need of customers on site and make preliminary judgments to on-site problems.
- You will be responsible for coordinating cross functions to conduct root cause analysis of quality problems and complete analysis reports.
- You will be responsible for the quality control and continuous improvement of the production process of internal cable accessories products.
- You will be responsible for the statistical analysis of quality data of cable accessories products.

Your background:
- Master's degree or above 211 or overseas background.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in R&D, production or quality of high-pressure/medium-voltage products.
- Background in electrical, insulating, or polymer materials.
- Ability and willingness to learn quickly and capable to work under pressure.
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
