Quality Management System Operation Executive

Responsibilities

• 1. SOP Standardization
• Document system review,
• Control and development of the document system,
• Monitor and support the implementation department,
• DCC Portal,
• Operation of SOP CMT
• 2. SOP Publicity & training:
• Communication and publication of documents
• Review Training Material Before Training Execution
• 3. Internal Audit & CAPA
• Implement internal audits periodically as planned
• Internal review report and release of NCRsCAPA follow up
• Others
• Other works assigned by QMS Team Leader/ QA Manager/ Deputy Head

Requirements

• Preferably with 1 min year working experience in document control position; ISO 9001:2015; Internal control.
• Experience with logistics services companies will be a definite advantage.
• Bachelor degree in Logistics/quality management.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Energetic, willing to learn, high sense of responsibility.
• Able to work independently and in a team.
• Ability to ensure excellent attention to detail in a high-pressure environment
