Quality Manager Avnet Serbia (m/f/d)

Key Responsibilities:

• Continuous improvement and reduction of errors and risks. Continuous monitoring of quality objectives
• Representation of the QM system to customers, external service providers, certification bodies of Avnet EMEA management
• Preparation and realization of training session
• Planning, implementation / supervision and follow-up of internal and certification audits
• Supporting and advising of the distribution activities for all Business Units, Operational and Corporate functions activities including Finance, Human Resources, Enterprise Effectiveness, Quality & Complaints Management and GIS& IT Systems. in the systematic evaluation and further development of process and service quality.
• Complaints processing. Definition and implementation of immediate and improvement measures

• Substitution of colleagues from the Quality Management department
• Project activities as required
• Participation in pan-European and global quality initiatives.
• Support in the area of occupational safety
• Compliance with and implementation of applicable occupational safety requirements and instructions

Specific Requirements include:

Technical skills:

• Several years of practical experience in quality, supplier, logistics and/or supply chain management, preferably close to the industry.
• Experience of electronics industry and / or business operational experience advantageous
• Qualification in the area of Quality Management, System auditing and overall operational background
• Knowledge of relevant standards and procedures: ISO9001, IATF, FMEA, PPAP etc.
• Methodological knowledge of error analysis and improvement (8D, 5Y, Ishikawa, Poka Yoke...)
• Very good MS Office user skills (Outlook, Excel, Word, Power Point)
• Business fluent in written and spoken English
