Quality Process Analyst I

The Quality Process Analyst I will implement and monitor test scripts to assess functionality, reliability, performance, and quality of the service or product and identify and recommend action plans to remedy defects or non-compliance within the operations processes.

• Recommend, implement, and monitor preventative and corrective actions to ensure that quality assurance standards are achieved.
• Document flow charts and diagrams of business processes.
• Provide recommendations to enhance processes.
• Conduct meetings and walkthroughs with business partners.
• Assist with special projects as directed by management.
• Perform other responsibilities that may include periodic reporting, open items database, system reporting, maintenance of policies and procedures, coordination of reports and related meetings, and other departmental projects.
• Manage and triage the intake of all reported C360 tickets.
• Identifying user issues vs. technical issues and reporting out trends.
• Escalate as needed for resolution, follow up the active tickets to ensure resolution and communication to the user community
• Add new users, remove inactive users, and act as a single point of contact for access
• Manage intake of Authorization forms for agents sharing access
• Manage and test monthly RA assignment changes
• Monthly eSertify reporting and daily agent support

Job Requirement:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience; concentration in accounting, finance, information systems, business administration or related field required.  
• Experience with information technology operations, accounting, finance or other related areas depending on assigned areas of responsibility.
