Job Description

• Are you detail-oriented and passionate about quality assurance? Join our team at Schneider Electric as a PPAP and Quality Assurance Specialist! In this vital role, you will ensure that our projects meet the highest standards of quality and compliance. Responsibilities:

• PPAP Follow-Up: Monitor and follow up on all pending Production Part Approval Processes (PPAPs) for various projects, ensuring timely completion and compliance.
• Document Management: Upload necessary documents and testing results into the PPAP system, maintaining accurate and accessible records.
• Phoenix File Support: Assist in creating and completing the Phoenix file, contributing to project success and documentation.
• PPAP Creation: Start the process of creating PPAPs, ensuring all required elements are included and followed up throughout the process.
• FAIR Creation: Develop First Article Inspection Reports (FAIRs) focusing on dimensional accuracy and compliance with specifications.
• Platform Management: Upload PPAPs and PPEPs into our platform, ensuring all documentation is up to date and easily accessible.
• Database Administration: Administer and follow up on the PPAP Database (Jira), maintaining organization and tracking progress efficiently.

• Being an active student 6th semester & above
• Graduating December 2025 or above
• Communication - fluent in ENGLISH
