As a Quality Specialist you will create and maintain quality system elements related to Document Control, Non-Conformance, and Records Control, and ensure the compliance of these Quality Management Systems Record Retention Systems. You will work with business partners to ensure appropriate completion of the required elements of our records systems and be responsible for generating trending data to support Quality System Effectiveness and author process to complete data integration.

Duties & Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Create complaint records and coordinate all activities related to containment, correction, corrective action for Walker Edison Suppliers.
• Coordinate cross functional quality activities related to Complaints Management
• Responsible for creating and maintaining quality control records and document control.
• Review and ensure accurate storage of quality records and policies.
• Ensure all records and record requirements are up to date and meet quality and regulatory requirements.
• Collect feedback, ensure approval, and route documents for approval.

 Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree
• 3+ years’ experience (10+ years’ experience in place of degree)
• Highly skilled in the use of all Microsoft products, and familiarity with Document Control or Quality Management System Software

 Schedule:  Hours are 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday through Friday.  Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday required in office.  May have flexibility for a hybrid schedule.
