Mission Statement

Defining and specifying activities, processes, and standards to fulfill the quality requirements for a manufactured material, component, or product. Building and maintaining the infrastructure and systems necessary to consistently ensure the timely delivery of quality products. Auditing, monitoring, and determining the quality of manufacturing processes and/or outputs against defined internal and regulatory standards. Reporting and troubleshooting manufacturing process deviations and defects in finished goods.

Your Responsibility:

• You will do data analysis (Scrape Rate, Cost of Poor Quality ...) and leading quality improvement.
• You will be leading daily quality problem investigation
• You will develop Routine Test instructions.
• You will be managing equipment calibration.
• You will control plan/ Manufacturing execution system / Digital Passport System set up
• You will do process audit.
• You must ensure quality procedures are in place.
• You will support blue-collar training & qualification or assessment.
• You will build quality culture.
• You will be leading Gauge R&R
• You will perform special test according TDI (technical delivery instruction)
• You will be participating NPI project and contribute quality.
• You will be participating D- FMEA and P-FMEA.
• You will be resolving customer complaint & lesson learned.

• University degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 4 years' experience in Quality Control or Product Engineering.
• Lean6sigma
• Fluent in English
• Problem solving (8D/DMAIC / Fishbone diagram)
• Data analysis
• MS office & Power BI

• Logical thinking
