Your Opportunity: Taylor Corporation is looking for a Quality Supervisor!

Your Responsibilities:

  • Ensures compliance with the customer requirements, quality policy and company standards.
  • Validates quality processes by measuring production; documenting evidence; determining operational and performance qualifications; writing and updating quality procedures.
  • Works directly with internal customers to support quality requirements.
  • Follows Quality compliance objectives and ensures that targets are achieved and ensures a quality product.
  • Maintains and improves quality by completing product, company, system, compliance, and audits
  • Facilitates, trains and coordinates activities related to process/system improvement projects.
  • Determines staffing requirements to meet quality and delivery expectations.
  • Prepares productivity/quality reports for management as requested.

You Must Have:

  • Leadership and/or quality experience

  • Must be detailed oriented

  • Basic measuring skills - Be able to read a ruler and other measurement devices

  • Basic problem-solving skills

  • Microsoft Office experience

  • Ability to work under pressure

  • De-escalation skills

  • Be able to work extended hours and weekends based on production schedule

  • Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal

We Would Also Prefer:

  • Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • 6 months+ printing experience/fast paced high production environment

  • 1+ years’ quality experience
