OPPORTUNITY

The primary purpose of this position is to act as an administrator for Hydrite’s document control, training, and internal auditing systems.

As a Quality Systems Administrator, primary responsibilities include:

  • Quality
    • Act as the primary administrator and support contact for Hydrite’s internal document control system (SharePoint)
    • Review, prepare and approve controlled documents for publishing.
    • Communicate to the branches the revised, new and obsolete controlled documents at least monthly.
    • Identify opportunities for improvement within the internal document control system.
  • Training
    • Support and maintain Hydrite’s internal training platform.
    • Complete weekly user audit
    • Support internal/external requests for documentation
    • Update training materials
    • Provide company training metrics to senior management on a regular basis.
    • Identify opportunities for improvement within the training platform.
  • Safety
    • Coordinate and support internal audits
    • Support monthly safety metrics
    • Support administrative tasks for the EHS team
    • Identify opportunities for improvement with safety reporting.

REPORTING STRUCTURE

  • This position reports to the Quality Systems Manager.

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATIONAL CRITERIA

  • High school diploma, college degree preferred.
  • 1+ year of experience in an administrative role
  • Manufacturing administrative experience preferred
  • Must be organized, able to multi-task and an effective communicator with good people skills.
  • Must have communication and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to read, write, and speak English.
  • Experience using eLearning development tools (Articulate, Captivate, etc) is a plus.
  • Experience using an online learning management system is a plus.
  • Experience with SharePoint is required
  • Regular office attendance is required
  • Strong computer skills and knowledge of MS PowerPoint, Word, Outlook and Excel required.
  • Travel Requirements: Less or equal to 5%
