Quality Systems Supervisor

What you'll do:

This position provide support to operations by ensuring the compliance of plant to Quality System requirements. This position will help the organization to identify the weakness and strength of the company that may be used to initiate improvements. This covers all the documentations, processes, departmental and system requirements.

• Supervise and give direction to Document Control Clerks

• Define audit plan and cascade to all functions then publish the schedule in calendar monthly

• Spearhead the EQS and internal audit and results analysis

• Lead the closure of internal, customer and certifying body's audit findings

• Consolidate the Weekly and Monthly Quality performance report

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
• Knowledge in Production and Manufacturing methods and procedures, material handling, inspections and quality control
• Certified in QMS as Auditor or Leader Auditor Course
• Knowledgeable in 7 QC tools and 8D report
• Good analytical and technical skills
• Strong communication and presentation skills
