Quality Team Lead

Reporting to the Quality Manager at the Denver, CO facility, local producers of Glutino and Udi's bakery items, you will provide guidance, technical assistance and scheduling for our 3rd shift quality assurance technicians. You will be involved in all aspects of quality and safety including audits, HACCP program evaluation, GMP training, sanitation evaluation, pest control, purchasing supplies, inspecting returned and incoming products, evaluating consumer complaints, implementing procedures and directing your team in these activities as well. You will work dayside hours, however should expect to adjust for business needs.

How Will You Affect our Business?

• Coordinate quality assurance activities (e.g., audits, training, and purchasing)

• Provide technical training to QA and line personnel

• Ensure the HACCP plan's CCPs following procedure

• Conduct GMP and sanitation audits

• Partner with operations personnel on quality and safety issues

• Place product on hold, release or disposition while following Company procedure

• Coordinate resolution of customer complaints

• Ensure SPC Management practices are followed

Compensation:

Annual Base Salary: $77,000.00 - $91,000.00

The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee’s actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees’ equity. Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
