As Quality Technician you will be a key member of the EAME Operations team reporting directly to the Quality Manager. You will be responsible for case management across a determined customer portfolio and metric performance. Role Key Performance Indicators are Supplier PPM (Parts per Million), Customer PPM, Customer Complaint Resolution and Closure to agreed SLA's (Service Level Agreement).
Job Duties/Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

  • Operate collaboratively on both a regional and global basis
  • Align with the facilities Quality Inspectors to prioritize workload and ensure inspections are completed to agreed SLA's
  • Customer portfolio management requires to work on multiple quality issues at any point in time
  • Solving the current issue and ensuring a focus on RCCA (Root Cause and Corrective Action) to avoid repeatable situations
  • Having overall responsibility for each assigned Quality case the role is required to demonstrate strong collaboration with other internal business functions to ensure resolution

Salary: 29,000 - 35,000 GBP annual (depending on experience)
Benefits: 27 days annual leave + bank holidays , up to 9% Bonus (Cat UK STIP) , Share Scheme (50% Company Matched) Contributory Pension Scheme (Contribution double by Company up to 10%) , Free Car Parking
