Role Definition
This position will be responsible for Analyzing data and gather information related to supplier quality defects to ensure supplier has proper information to address quality issues, main products to review would be casting, forging, hydraulic valves.
What you will do:

• Supporting manufacturing, quality and operations team in requirements and inspections related to supplier product.
• Collecting non-conformance data for supplier products.
• Attend meetings with supplier to review inspection results.
• Specific follow up on shop floor to supplier related activities

Degree Requirement
Bachelor degree on Engineering (such as: IMA, IIA, IMT, IMF, etc.) or currently enrolled in the last semester of the degree completion with working knowledge in the manufacturing industry.
Skills you will have
Quality Management:

• Knowledge of quality tools such as: Paretto, Measurement equipment ,8D Report creation ,FPY ,COPQ and PPM.
• Knowledge of SAP.

Accuracy and Attention to Detail: Obtains detailed information on defects related to supplier product

• Prepares reports with graphics to demonstrate performance of specific test being made
• Daily follow up of part number performance with FPY results
• Follow up on assembly components and root cause for failure.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to define problems , come up with alternatives , assess which is the best course of action.

Adaptability: capacity to adapt to a changing environment and feel comfortable with the change

• Capacity to adapt to changing environment and feel comfortable with the change.
• Quick adjustment to new task or team to work with.
• Disposition to listen to feedback.

Additional Information:
The location for this position is Cienega de Flores, NL
This position will require travel once per year if necessary.
Work schedule: Monday - Friday
Once a month would be asked for Saturday coverage (6:30am - 2:30pm)
English: Intermediate
