Fluidra is seeking a Quality Technician to join the team at our CMP location in Newnan, Georgia.

WHAT YOU WILL CONTRIBUTEÂ
Â
- Develop and update quality work instructions
- Develop new visual acceptance criteria
- Inspect and record data from parts and process specifications
- Inspect Engineer samples and pilot samples from Shanghai plant
- Create inspection and rework instructions for the Newnan, West Coast and Black Box sites.
- Confirm process fixtures and tools are present and in working condition
- Attend all required training as required
- Interact with others to resolve quality issues
- Notify management and/or affected teams or departments in a timely manner of quality issues as required
- Read and interpret mechanical drawings
- Verify all required processes and part specification data sheets are up to date with manufacturing processes
- ISO 9001 Management system
- Achieve internal auditor certification and perform internal audits per established schedule
- Maintain basic housekeeping standards utilizing 5S methodology
- Document Control process
- Perform other duties as assigned

WHAT WE SEEK
Â
- Minimum 4 years of Quality or Manufacturing experience.
- 2 years of post-graduate or equivalent
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- General computer skills including MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead small teams
- Outstanding organizational skills
- A positive team attitude

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS/WORK ENVIRONMENT
Â
This position may be required to stand for long periods of time and work throughout a manufacturing plant as well as office.
