As a Quant Analytics Senior Associate, you will be a key member of the Lending Innovation Data & Analytics team within the broader Data & Analytics (D&A) organization. The ideal candidate will have expertise in statistical modeling, machine learning, and advanced data analysis paired with strong coding skills in Python & SQL. You will help drive business insights, create scalable self service products, and solve complex problems in price optimization, customer funnel analysis, marketing modeling and more. The role offers opportunities to work on innovative AI/ML initiatives as the team grows.
Job responsibilities
- Collaborate with Product and D&A to define objectives and develop data-driven solutions.
- Conduct descriptive and inferential analytics to uncover trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
- Build and maintain dashboard, visualizations, and self-service tools for internal and external stakeholders
- Develop predictive models, and down the line, prescriptive models using machine learning algorithms and statistical techniques
- Provide actionable insights to support strategic decision-making and optimize business processes
- Continuously support the build of data pipelines, workflows, and automation for scalable analytical solutions

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- 4+ years of experience in data analysis, statistical modeling and machine learning
- Proficiency in Python and SQL for data analysis, manipulation, and modeling
- Strong expertise in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau) and frameworks (e.g., React, Dash, Plotly, etc)
- Solid foundation in experimental design, A/B testing, and hypothesis-driven problem solving
- Exceptional critical thinking, analytical, and communication skills to effectively deliver insights to technical and non-technical audiences
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Snowflake) for large scale data processing
- Experience deploying everything from dashboards to models in a production environment
- Proficiency in natural language processing techniques or other advanced data science domains
- Knowledge of advanced optimization techniques or causal inference methods
