Quantech Support Administrator
Job Description
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Receive Quantech chillers into inventory.
- Maintain inventory of Quantech chillers.
- Works with the Quantech planners to prepare chillers for shipment. This may include conversions.
- Schedule Quantech chillers for shipping. This includes calling customers to set up deliveries.
- Create Bill of Ladings for All shipments in SAP.
- Work closely with shipping personal to ensure the correct chillers are loaded on the correct carrier.
- Maintain shipping documents in accordance with plant procedures.
- Reports any problems with to shipping supervisor and or Quantech planners.
- Support shipping personal when they are out (sick or vacation).
- Adheres to the Company's Code of Conduct and Business Ethics standards.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
This position requires a High School diploma or equivalent. Three (3) to five (5) years of related experience. Normal mechanical and analytical ability is needed as well as good communication skills (both verbal and written).
COMPUTER SKILLS
Proficiency in Microsoft Suite Applications (Word, Excel, Access, & PowerPoint) as well as Internet software and E-mail is required. This includes SAP, MAPICS, and SPS (TR systems).
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
This job has no supervisory responsibilities.

The employee is occasionally required to lift up to 30 pounds. The vision requirements include close vision and ability to adjust focus.
