Job Summary
As a Quantitative Analytics Associate Senior, you will be part of the Recovery Analytics team responsible for generating critical analytical insights with direct impact to the overall financial performance of the Recovery Operations organization for Card and Auto lines of business. You will lead the end-to-end management of business portfolio analytics for one or multiple multi-million-dollar business processes within Recovery Operations. You will build strong partnerships with key stakeholders, demonstrate, and share strong understanding of the underlying data, and generate data-informed insights to clearly communicate compelling business narratives, influence decisions and business direction.

Job Summary

Job Responsibilities
- Develop and present deep data knowledge to support and deliver performance monitoring and analysis
- Design and deliver KPIs, trend analysis, dashboards, and analyses to monitor and improve performance
- Conduct thoughtful ad-hoc analytics to understand key performance, while independently generating forward-looking solutions
- Recognize opportunities and collaborate across multiple functional groups, and lines of businesses, to build and modify strategies, resulting in improved financial results and enhanced customer experiences
- Explore new data sources and cross line of business best practices to support analytics and insights execution
- Function as a lead contributor with advanced knowledge of areas of specialization and significant exposure to broad department activities
- Interpret complex and large amounts of data and its impact in both operational and financial processes
Required Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities
- Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Economics, Econometrics, Operations Research, Mathematics, or Finance (or equivalent quantitative field)
- 3+ years of applied analytical experience in large data environment
- Advanced statistics, finance and analytics knowledge, predictive modeling, and problem-solving skills
- Intermediate to advanced programming knowledge (SQL, SAS, R, Python, R, Alteryx) and relational database knowledge (Oracle/Teradata)
- Excellent oral and written communication skills to clearly present analytical findings and business narrative
- Proven track record of delivering on commitments on time and with high-quality
- Well-organized, and able to follow logical and structured approaches to support complex deliverables, while managing multiple priorities
Preferred Qualifications/Skills
- Master's or doctorate degree with 2+ years of applied analytical experience
- Experience with visualization and analytical tools (Tableau)
- Positive culture carrier: strong evidence of leadership, inquisitiveness, motivation, productivity and teamwork
