About This Role - Quantitative Developer

Genesis Global Trading is seeking strong quantitative developers to join our Quantitative Trading Strategy team. The team is responsible for various aspects of digital asset trading, including market making models, derivatives pricing, hedging strategies, and automated execution.

Responsibilities Include:

• Build new and improve existing pricing models for digital asset market making
• Model trading strategy risk and optimize hedging implementations
• Implement trading and execution strategy performance analytics
• Manage and help automate data processes related to trading strategies
• Help develop robust data checking, transformation and storage procedures
• Building visualization tools for various aspects of trading activity
• Use understanding market microstructure to design and implement practical improvements to trade execution strategies

Requirements

• Demonstrable personal, professional, or educational experience with hands-on implementation of quantitative models
• Bachelor's degree or higher in computer science, mathematics, engineering, or other quantitative discipline
• Fluency in Python (and its ecosystem) for data analytics and research
• Experience working with SQL and historical time series data
• Experience working with real time data/systems
• Breadth of knowledge in quantitative analysis and modeling techniques
• Demonstrated interest in digital asset space, particularly trading
• Team player with strong pride of ownership
