Responsibilities: Utilize statistical tests and models to test and analyze various hypotheses surrounding portfolio management including market environment, execution policy and trading signal generating. Translate, develop and improve strategies into programming code in python. Collaborate with trading system developers on a strategy release, including data quality check, improve the footprint of the strategy, cutting down model training time in production. Use unconventional data sources to drive innovation on strategy development. Conduct research and statistical analysis to build and refine trading signals. Job duties may be performed remotely for 6% of the time on a yearly basis.

Must have a master’s degree in financial engineering or a related field. Degree studies must include Financial Data Science, Empirical Methods in Finance, Stochastic Calculus with Asset Pricing Application, and Risk Management.
