Quantitative UX Researcher

Your impact:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conduct user research (quantitative or complex projects that include quantitative stage).
• Lead end-to-end quantitative research, defining scope, selecting methods, executing studies, and presenting actionable findings to teams.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends and insights that inform product decisions and enhance user experience.
  

About you:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Science, Psychology, Data Science, Statistics, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a quantitative UX research role or similar position (can include internships or research assistant roles).
• Experience conducting full-cycle research (study design, planning, scoping, conducting, analyzing and communicating surveys results).
• Significant hands-on experience with survey design, sampling, crosstabs, and statistical concepts, etc.
• Experience working with survey tools (Typeform, Qualtrics, etc.).
• Experience working with data analysis tools (e.g., SPSS, R, Tableau).
• Knowledge of UX Metrics or the ability to quickly learn it.
