Responsibilities and Duties • Ensure the security, safety and well-being of all personnel, visitors and the premises • Provide excellent customer service • Adhere to all company service and operating standards • Immediately respond to emergencies & provide necessary assistance • Follow procedures for fire prevention, property patrol, and accident investigations • Standing, patrols, access control, log books and incident reports Qualifications and Skills • A valid NYS Security License- Required • FDNY F89 or F85 or Z89 - Required • Experience in Fire Drills and Security Patrols • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Capable of giving and following complex instructions • Strong interpersonal skills • Knowledge of security operations and procedures • High School diploma/GED recommended Benefits • Weekly Pay • Great Benefit Package: health care, paid time off, retirement savings plans • Professional development.
