Job Description

Quotation Administrator:

Responsible for providing Time & Material quotes to customers where the service requested is not covered by warranty or contract, and enable service delivery process when quote is accepted by customer.

Your role:

• Verify the accuracy of customer entitlement, what's covered and what's not.
• Ensure T&M invoice is in line with the actual service delivered
• Ensure the terms and conditions of quote are compliant with legal requirements
• Ensure the service delivery is released on time when quote is accepted by customer
• 24/7 Coverage, Shifts can be changed per business requirements
• Hybrid working module.

• 2+ years' experience in related field or Education Equivalent
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Flexibility and desire to take on additional responsibilities
• You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this Office/Remote position.
• Ability to multi-task while maintaining attention to detail and deadlines

Philips Transparency Details

The hourly pay range for this position is $18.85 to $32.31, plus overtime eligible. The actual base pay offered may vary depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.

In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered. At Philips, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each case.
