Position Details:

You will be responsible for working with the senior level and sales teams. This position will be directly responsible for pricing implementation, generating competitive analyses and strengthening the overall service margin and lead day-to-day operations of the Quotations section.

As our Quotation Specialist, you will prepare, submit, and track price quotes for products or services. Responsibilities encompass analyzing costs, negotiating contracts, and ensuring accurate and competitive pricing to drive business profitability. You will work as a strong team player and be responsible for providing effective customer service for all internal and external customers by utilizing excellent, in-depth knowledge of company services as well as team members. The main role includes providing quotations to customers by utilizing sales and technical knowledge for the preparation of quotation packages.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Analyze customer inquiries and prepare accurate and timely quotations. Communicate with vendors and suppliers to obtain pricing information for products and services.

• Coordinate with sales team to understand customer requirements.

• To provide a central point of contact to engage with supporting departments/suppliers as necessary.

• Procure samples of raw materials or components.

• Dealing with our in-house system to send reports and statistics to clients.

• Ensure work is delivered to agreed service level.

• Administer orders with special instructions and documentation requirements.

• Expedite project orders and prepare required client reports.

• Communicate with all departments involved in completing quotations.

• Purchase or coordinate with purchasing the entering of project related purchase orders.

• Track and manage multiple quotations.

• Perform other related duties as requested by supervisor or manager.

Knowledge/Competencies/Skill Qualifications:

• A subject-related educational qualification no less than a bachelor's degree, the subject can be business administration, management, business and accounting, or anything that falls within this category.

• Excellent communication and customer services experience.

• Ability to write and compose formal letters which will be a daily process to communicate with various bodies.

• Ability to Negotiate is a plus.

• Excellent usage of a computer and its operating system (i.e., Microsoft Windows) along with other office applications (e.g., Microsoft Office).

• Excellent amount of experience with Excel.

• Ability to coordinate with various entities at the same time.

• Ability to effectively establish rapport, present information and respond to questions from managers, and clients.

• Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables.

• Ability to manage and maintain several portfolios for various clients at the same time.

• Good team player, honest, and willing to be cooperative with fellow colleagues.
