Quotation Specialist

Purpose of role: The Quotation Specialist will act as a liaison between customer and Sonova with regard to requests for quotations, and convert quote to sale and daily sales support with regard to account maintenance, pricing, billing and/or pricing discrepancies, sales order management, sales exceptions and reporting. Internally, this role works closely with School and Pediatrics channels to ensure customer is satisfied with Sonova services.

Main Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Reviewing request for quotes and inputting into ERP system
• Providing knowledgeable follow up for customer quote inquires
• Build relationships with customers throughout the quote to sales process
• Proactively contact customers to follow up on pending quotes within timely manner
• Reporting of Sonova quotes conversions
• Work cross-functionally within Sonova organization to provide appropriate customer solutions
• Maintain strong relationships and rapport with customers with National Accounts, solving challenges with 'concierge-like' approach
• Collaborate closely with School and Pediatric Sales Management to investigate escalated issues, identify trends and ensure timely and satisfactory resolution
• Ability to consistently meet stated KPIs
• All other duties as assigned

Education and Skillset:

• High school diploma or equivalent, some college preferred
• Minimum 1 year sales experience, 2+ years sales or customer service experience
• 2 years SAP and salesforce experience
• Driven, self-motivated and results oriented
• Strong organization and time management skills
• Excellent problem resolution skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Adaptable with positive mindset
• Understanding of selling process
• Strong desire to provide superior customer support
• Quotation management plus
• Strong proficiency with computer, Microsoft applications, and web interface

A minimum of 200Mb/sec download and 10Mb/sec upload speed internet connectivity is required to support any remote/hybrid employee functionality at Sonova
