Provide Time & Material quotes to customers where the service requested by the customer is not covered by warranty or contract, and enable service delivery to proceed when the quote is accepted by the customer.

In this role, you have the opportunity to make life better

You are responsible for
- Verify the accuracy of customer entitlement, what's covered and what's not
- Ensure accuracy of the quote provided to the customer
- Ensure the T&M invoice is in line with the actual service delivered
- Ensure the terms and conditions of the quote are compliant with legal requirements
- Coordinate the quoting activity to meet required business and customer turnaround time
- Ensure the service delivery is released on time when the quote is accepted by the customer
- 24/7 Coverage, Shifts can be changed per business requirements.
You are part of

- 2+ years experience in a related field or Education Equivalent
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Flexibility and desire to take on additional responsibilities
- Ability to multi-task while maintaining attention to detail and deadlines
- Energetic, friendly, outgoing, proactive personality
- Must have good organizational and time management skills
- Must be able to analyze situations relating to customer needs and react accordingly in a timely fashion.
- Must be able to function independently with a minimum amount of supervision
