Quote and Order Management Specialist

Role and responsibilities

As Order Management Specialist, you are responsible for customer master data, quote creation and order management execution within our ABS Customer Operations team.

What you'll be doing:

• Performing effective and efficient execution in accordance with global E2E processes and tooling
• Providing input on local requirements for the global E2E Market to Cash process in order to achieve defined process metrics level end-state
• Safeguarding compliance to applicable laws and regulations based on framework set by Experts
• Ensuring alignment to internal and external customer requirements
• Contributing to continuous improvements initiatives
• Driving standardization, simplification and automation of the relevant processes

Education and experience

• Bachelor's or Master degree, preferably in finance/business economics
• 1-3 years relevant working experience in financial services and/or Market-to-Cash domain

Skills

• Problem solving ability. Unexpected situations can occur on the job and you are able to analyze and come up with a solution
• Great communication skills. You will be in contact with internal as well as external (customer) stakeholders
• You are working with customer orders, so a high level of accuracy is really important
• Experience with SAP ECC
• Basic knowledge of applicable laws and regulations and internal control framework is a big plus
• Affinity with new IT developments (S/4HANA, RPA, continuous monitoring, portals, etc.)
