Job Description:
Quote Specialist is responsible for providing timely, competitive, and appropriate responses on supplier quotations to internal customers, per the business requirements, suppliers' expectations, product marketing managers' directions, organization's objectives, and market circumstances. Also, to be involved in any Quote Service and Product Marketing business support related activities.
What You'll Be Doing

• Manage suppliers' quotations/pricings processes and expectations, as well as product information so as to address internal customers' RFQ.
• Handle suppliers' quotation/pricing processes and first level pricing negotiations.
• Facilitate first level communication between suppliers and internal customers.
• Drive margin enhancement and new business acquisition via quotation activities.
• Provide Quote Service support to Product Managers and associated business function.

What We Are Looking For

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, or its equivalent.
• At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in pricing and quote within electronics distribution or manufacturing industry.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Skill in prioritizing requests, work, and multi-tasking.
• Possess positive energy-levels and self-initiative.
• Willingness to learn and share.
• Detail oriented, with a good sense of urgency.
• Open for 1-Year Contract position (Maternity replacement).
