Job Description

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

• Under general supervision, this role is expected to function at a high level with respect to volume and efficiency of timely processing of customer quotations and submittal to customer.
• Effectively manages and prioritizes daily workload to ensure accurate quotation is delivered to customer to win their business.
• Must be timely and efficient in managing all projects to assure delivery deadlines are met. This includes managing the request from creation to routing to Order Specialist to convert to Order.
• group initiatives to streamline team processes and reduce waste for increase process times.
• Perform individual and team duties as assigned or as the situation dictates.
• Establish and maintain good customer facing relations by providing timely and accurate service and follow up to internal and external customers.
• Effectively disseminate and process quotations, utilizing C4C, CRM and SAP through our ticket system.
• Embraces an environment that facilitates team collaboration and sharing of information and knowledge.
• Embrace, communicate, and work towards the achievement of departmental strategic / key initiatives in a fast-paced changing work environment.

Qualifications

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Requires a high school diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• A bachelor's degree or equivalent is preferred.
• Requires at least 1 year related experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Working knowledge of SAP a plus.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Effective at written and verbal communication, including effective listening skills.
• Ability to handle difficult or emotional customer situations.
• Strong problem solving and time management skills.
• Ability to adapt to competing demands.

The Compensation range for this position is approximately $49,600k - $65,100k and will be based on the candidate's qualification, experience, and education.
