Apply now for the position of Quote to Booking ("QTB")Specialist, and you will join the Western Zone QTB team based inMalvern, PA, supporting our internal and external customers in the preparation,review, approval and booking of proposals and contracts for SiemensHealthineers' world class products and services.

Thisis a hybrid position in our Malvern, PA office and not eligible for relocationassistance.

Your Role:

  • Perform all activities associated with thecreation, review, analysis, editing, escalation, and approval of Equipment andService quotes. Includes ensuring compliance with all pricing guidelines,GPO/IDN contract terms and value adds as applicable, profitability analysis asapplicable, government coding as applicable, exception management, complianceto the escalation and Limits of Authority policies, and accuracy of MEAaccounting guidelines.
  • Perform all activities associated with thevalidation of new orders and contracts including review of required bookingmaterials and receipt of required approvals and signatures.
  • Manage complex quoting and booking scenarios toensure accuracy, timeliness, and optimization of deal structure to meetbusiness and customer needs. Professionally interact with Sales and internalbusiness teams to ensure timely turnaround and seamless handoffs.
  • Document activities, decisions, and approvals withinthe CRM and ERP IT systems. As needed, identify, and address any operational ortransmission concerns with the IT systems, resolving most issues independentlyand consulting with lead specialists for the more challenging issues.
  • Actively participate in process improvement andother project initiatives as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with all finance, accounting,and quality policies and guidelines.

Your Expertise:

  • Financial Acumen including working knowledge ofFinance and Accounting processes and regulations, particularly revenuerecognition guidelines (MEA, IFRS).
  • Highly motivated, enthusiastic, and able to workwith limited direct supervision. Demonstrated ability to identify and resolvecomplex problems and apply problem-solving skills effectively.
  • Knowledge of entire quote to cash businessprocesses.
  • Knowledge of Siemens Healthineers' equipment andservice offerings for the Diagnostic Imaging and Advanced Technologies businessareas.
  • Knowledge of CRM and ERP IT systems: how theyimpact the quote to booking process, how to adapt processes to implement newbusiness models, and how to troubleshoot issues.

Required Skills, Education and Experience for thisposition:

  • Bachelors in finance, Accounting, or Business preferred,and/or 2+ years of relevant experience.
  • Strong organizational skills, ability tomulti-task, prioritize workflow, and to perform under sensitive deadlines.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with people,maintain rapport with internal and external customers, and coach and mentor fellowemployees.
  • Demonstrated ability to take ownership ofissues, to collaborate/consult with peers and others outside of functionalarea, to resolve complex issues and improve existing business processes.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills,including ability to prepare and deliver presentations to management onapplicable topics.
  • Proficient with MS Office suite, Teams, and newdigitalization tools.
