Responsibilities
- Documentation Management: Maintain project documentation, including project plans, weekly status reports, and other relevant documents. Ensure that all project-related documentation, SOP is organized, up-to-date, and accessible to the project team.
- Communication and Coordination: Serve as a central point of contact for project-related communication. Facilitate communication between project team members, stakeholders, and other relevant parties. Release ECOP, create PK BoM for projects and other project-related events as necessary. Track on the silk screen/laser sample signed process to the GD and CMF team.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement within the project management function, e.g Material Portal system. Make recommendations for streamlining processes, improving efficiency, and enhancing overall project delivery capabilities.
- Administrative Support: Sample stock management and help arrange samples when the team submit the request on UID. Sample shipment to CM, and help on customs clearance issues. Provide general administrative support to project managers and project teams as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, or related field.
- 1 year proven experience as a project coordinator or similar role will be great
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skill
