Summary:

Responsible for multi-modality, multi-site, scheduling, rescheduling, and confirming physician orders for appointments for Radiology locations. Provide excellent customer service to patients, families, physicians and staff. Responsible for multi-line phone calls and providing customer service to customers present in department occurring simultaneously.

Qualifications:

• Must have High School diploma or equivalent.
• Bachelor's course work or additional business courses desirable.
• Two years' experience in medical field.
• Knowledge of medical and Radiologic terminology sufficient to respond to general inquiries.
• Working knowledge of computer use and systems and data entry.
• • perate and understand use of various office machines: copier, fax, voice mail, e-mail. Good interpersonal and communication skills.
