Job Description

We are a busy and growing orthopedic practice with two clinic locations, currently seeking a Radiologic Technologist to join our team in our Oregon City office. This is a great opportunity to work alongside a supportive, knowledgeable group of professionals dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care.

What You’ll Do:

As a valued member of our radiology team, you’ll play a critical role in supporting our providers and delivering high-quality imaging services. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing patients for radiologic procedures while ensuring their comfort and safety.
  • Operating radiographic equipment in accordance with established protocols and safety guidelines.
  • Shielding patients, staff, and yourself from unnecessary radiation exposure.
  • Selecting proper ionizing factors for radiological diagnosis.
  • Accurately positioning patients and capturing high-quality diagnostic images.
  • Reviewing and evaluating images for clarity, retaking when needed to ensure accuracy.
  • Distributing images to the appropriate medical staff.
  • Maintaining accurate patient records, logs, and reports as required.
  • Performing routine quality control checks and ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations.
  • Performing minor equipment maintenance and coordinating repairs as necessary.
  • Managing radiologic supplies and inventory.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Current and valid Radiologic Technologist license (state and/or ARRT).
  • Strong knowledge of radiographic equipment and safety protocols.
  • Excellent communication skills and a patient-first mindset.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Experience in orthopedic imaging is a plus, but not required.
