Ranger

About the Role:

As a Ranger at Innisbrook Resort, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and enjoyment of our guests while they explore the natural beauty of our property. You will be tasked with patrolling the grounds, providing assistance and information to guests, and enforcing park rules and regulations. Your primary goal will be to create a welcoming and safe environment for all visitors.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a similar role
• Certification in first aid and CPR
• Knowledge of local flora and fauna
• Ability to speak multiple languages

Responsibilities:

• Patrol the grounds and ensure the safety of guests
• Provide assistance and information to guests
• Enforce park rules and regulations
• Respond to emergencies and provide first aid when necessary
• Maintain accurate records and reports

Skills:

As a Ranger, you will utilize your excellent communication and customer service skills to provide a welcoming and safe environment for our guests. You will also need to be able to work independently and make quick decisions in emergency situations. Your knowledge of local flora and fauna will be beneficial in providing information to guests, and your ability to speak multiple languages will be an asset in communicating with our diverse clientele. Additionally, your certification in first aid and CPR will allow you to respond quickly and effectively in emergency situations.
